Rental Rates
Rates quoted are per night for a minimum period of 12 nights and a maximum of 4 people, and include maid service fortnightly, all utilities and use of the phone (local calls only) as well as unlimited high-speed internet access. The Barbados Government's Room Rate Levy is currently 10% which will be added to the nightly rental rates stated below:

Longer fixed-term rentals
(for a minimum period of at least 9 months) are possible, subject to availability. A monthly rate is available on request. The rate will not include utilities (electricity, cable TV, telephone/internet) or maid service.
